Since the conclusion of DARKNESS, I had been pondering what my next major project would be. Andrea moved to NY at the end of October and collaboration is something we are prone to. Around the same time last year I wrote a short story entitled "Another Tower With Eyes for Windows." This "script" along with several thumbnails had just been sleeping between two old pages in one of my previous sketchbooks. As things are, it just happened that going through my old sketchbooks one day I came across these pages. Andrea and I vollied several thoughts back and forth about it, and decided to try to work with it. What we have come up with, I now present to you. TOWER is a concept given true life on page. Printing/Distribution and availability to be announced.

I have been working feverishly to complete my current project entitled, Descent of Darkness. It has finally neared completion. On October 29th, it will open in gallery format in Troy, NY at Artcentric Gallery[274 River St Troy, NY 12180]. More details will be posted soon. The first nine pieces can be viewed in my black and white section, and the tenth is well on it's way. As we land in October, and Autumn steals the last of green from the leaves. We cannot help but think about winter, and the descent of darkness upon our world for several months. At the same time another darkness is falling upon our world. Will you fight it until it passes, and ascend out into something more? Or will you let it swallow you and drag you down, to the depths which it is destined to fall to? Descent of Darkness, October 29th 2010. Mark it on your calendar and I hope to see you there.

I am proud to present ingruo.net version 9. A new faster, slicker, sexier, more colorful and easier to use web portfolio to house my creations. Expect tweaks in the coming days as I figure out ways to make everything more streamline.
Make Art Not War, a group exhibition I am participating in, is currently touring the Capitol Region of New York state. It opened at The Dead President's Lounge in Albany on March 20th, and has continued to 440 State Street in Schenectady where it opened on May 21st and will remain until mid June. On June 4 at 6pm, as part of First Friday in Albany, there will be a special 3 day opening of the show with performers and installations at 4 Central. The address is the same as the name again. Come see artists from the local scene as well as the national front speak out and express their point of views on war.
